风光互补路灯是利用自然风力和太阳能发电,为道路提供照明的设备。介绍了在生态城的调研和比选过程,截止2010年11月,共建道路12 km,风光互补路灯500多基。通过应用的综合评比,风力发电机和太阳能电池及防水胶体蓄电池等技术成熟;以1 km次干道上道路工程为例,在投资造价基本对等情况下,风光互补路灯的维护费用下降63%,10 a内路灯建造和运行总费用节省33%;还可大量节电。
Abstract:The wind-solar hybrid streetlight is a road lighting device using the power generated by natural wind and solar energies. Introduced hereby is the process of investigation, comparison and selection in the Eco-City, and by November 2010,over 500 seats of wind-solar hybrid streetlights had been built, covering a total road length of 12 km. It is shown through comprehensive appraisal and comparison that the technologies such as wind turbines, solar cells and waterproof gel batteries are mature. With the works on 1 km secondary trunk road for example, if the investment cost is generally the same, the maintenance cost of wind-solar hybrid streetlights will be lower by 63%, saving by 33% the total cost of construction and operation of streetlights within 10 a, and also a great amount of electricity.
